I didn't make it, but saw highlights

yes - I saw feeley getting rushed by 3 titans - any coach would tell you to hold onto it then just toss it up of your back foot in that situation - mistake #1

how do you know he ran the wrong route - for all we know, he ran the right route
he's a young guy with limited experience, wanting to impress everyone in his first real opportunity with his new team...He's also ****y and sure of his arm, which isn't a bad thing. ALL the great QBs are like that.

It's been reported that Gordon's unfamiliarity with the offense played a key role in that INT....Open your eyes and not your mouth and you might have seen it already.

You can be patient inFINS.

DaQuix you're a moron.
careful man, the staff frowns on personal attacks no matter how correct they may be.

Scrap, My EXACT words yesterday when I saw the play happen were...."WTF is Booker doing?? Why didn't he even TRY for the ball?".....and then I saw the replay.

There was nothing he could do.
Correct, the ball was so far overthrown that Booker was not even able to touch it. The only thing he could have done was tackle Rolle, before the ball got there.

I think Booker could have made a better effort but it was Jay Fault for floating the pass anyways.

Good Read/Bad throw

Second INT was other way around

Bad read/Accurate throw

Too bad the Defense was playing Zone.

:boring: You didn't happen to see Feeley getting slammed by the rush and Gordon running the wrong route did you??

I mean, after watching the game and having it on TIVo, I would think you'd be a little better informed but, you're a bills fan so I'll be patient instead of calling you a moron.
Its a pass that in the future that AJ will not throw. It was a young inexperience mistake, that he will learn from.

Remember the ones I said ealier that you have to make, before you learn from them, and not from standing on the sidelines. :D

What do you think he could have done?

hmmm that sounds like a option he should have taken
:roflmao:

atleast it got jay out of the game

He could had at least made an attempt to Jump for the ball but like I said it was Jay fault for floating the ball.

In hindsight, he should have tackled him.

I thought so too, but the timing was all wrong.

Did I ever say he couldn't learn anything by playing?? No, all I said was he could learn from the sideline and be better prepared when he takes over..

Of course, I was way wrong about his ******* teacher.

Why jump? He does not have a 8 foot vertical? Its not like the ball was just out of his reach. Rolle even had to reach for the ball. By looking at the play Rolle looks like the WR rather than Booker.

Again the only thing Booker could have done was tackle Rolle. Something I'm sure he never thought about.

It's not really that complicated. It was a bad, risky pass into triple coverage, that Feeley attempted. I susupect it had much less to do with being young or inexperienced than it had to do with desperation. We need 6 pts, quickly, even thowing the ball away was not really a good option. We needed to move the ball, no lose a down. He tried a high risk pass in a situation that called for it...move on, he is going to be a good QB for us.

He would have affected Rolle ability to see the ball well in order to react fast enough to intercept instead of just watching Rolle snatch it up.

OMG - you guys will come up with ANY excuse to make sure your "God-sent" QB doesnt get the blame.

It was a TERRIBLE throw - of his back foot - into TRIPLE coverage.

Must be that alcohol enduced euphoria that makes you not pay attention to the play. It's quite simple really. Gordon cuts his route to the outside instead of the inside, that is a first down. Gordon said it himself. Feeley read the blitz, knew where the hot route was going to be, and threw it to that spot. Gordon simply cut his route to the inside instead of the outside.
