I Don't Blame Ireland

Yes, this was not the highlight of his offseason. He had maybe a little to much faith in some players, BUT its not enough for me to say he should be fired for the team he has put on the field.

The team on the field is less talented than last years team...
 
Which players will be headed to the probowl for us this year? Denny probably, Fields maybe, can't think of any more.

I'm pretty sure we'll be shut out of the top 100 on NFL network too.
 
Less talented? Do we forget we went 7-9 last year? And finished the year 3-6 in our last 9 games? I mean I am not saying this year's team is amazing but it is MUCH better than last year.

Pro Bowlers: Jones, Ellerby?, Pouncy, Wake all have the potential to be....Guys like Wallace, Gibson etc are dependent on Tanne
 
I agree. The team doesn't seem to have enough urgency. I see teams that have catches or spotting of the ball that could be over turned and they get up and run a play. Not us, we act like there is no replay, and when we do try to hurry we can't get situated fast enough to run a play. That's a total lack of discipline. Plain and simple. Whatever we do during the week will show itself on game day. Off on Thursday? We are not good enough to miss an opportunity to get better. Game day shows what we practice. I'm not impressed by what I'm seeing and the excuses the coaches have after the game.
 
The blame needs to be shared between coaches, front office, and the players.

Hmm How is Ellerbee any more likely to go to a probowl than the guy he replaced. Our oline is definately not more talented. Our runningbacks are definately not more talented. Linebackers not more talented. Our thrid WR is more talented so yea lets pop a cork

WR....

struggling to find another area that improved....

Maybe DB...

LBs Downgraded....Ellerbe was a nice move, but Wheeler has played poorly all season and is a step down to Burnett....Misi is still mediocre.

O-line....huge no.

RB's....Reggie Bush has an elite skill set....Miller and Thomas do not.

DL....Same group as last year....

I don't see the areas of improvement.
