I Dont Get It.

When the dolphins went 4-12 back in 04 the media ripped us and didnt even acknowledge our injuries and then when we lost ricky and Ronnie in 07 they wouldnt acknowledge that we had some serious injuries.

well now that Detroit has had a 0-16 season why is it the media uses injuries as part of the reason for their season but when the dolphis have inuries it never gets brought up ?

the media here is just snubbing the dolphins and this one host has made his predictions for the afc east.

patriots = 14-2

jets = 12-4

bills = 10- 6

miami = 3-13 (with no wins against our east rivials. )

so I am not understanding why the media uses one set of rules for diferent teams.

this is what I beleive we will finish in the division.

fins =14-2

jets = 12-4

pats =11-5

bills = 9-7

with new england signing the stud de from Oakland this probally puts them three games ahead of us but hopefully the pats will fall.
 
If miami gets out the gate with 3 wins 3-0 watch out.. yeah 14-2. But if they stumble, look at 10-6.
A lot of Drama yet to unfold, Drama is them things you dont comming, that could be Good Drama or bad... Lets hope it is all good..
 
want the media to suckle our teets? we just got to win... thats how we'll shut them up

in the mean time, who cares what the media says/thinks/reports/slanders/insinuates/etc... just pay attention to what we are doing and draw your own conclusions...
 
I can only think of a handful of people offhand in the media that I would even care to read their opinion. For most, their viewpoint is no better than mine or yours. Who cares what they say?

MIA: 8-8
NYJ: 8-8

I don't get it either. I don't know what your source is (link please), but, no offense, your predictions are just as bad as your source's. In my opinion of course.
 
how are we going to go 3-13? we have more talent that half the teams we are playing, lol.. plus we have better coaching than 90 percent of the league...
 
I have yet to hear one source excuse Detroit of their winless season due to injuries.....
 
Most analysts dont think a team can recover from 1-15 as quickly as we did. They still see us as the 1-15 team who benefited from an easy schedule and whom got all the breaks. In reality, the 1-15 season was an absolute mirage, every bad bounce, injuries, a bad qb play....we were not 1-15 bad. My thoughts on this year is we go 11-5 or 10-6. We are actually loaded with young talent, regardless of what the media says.

No it dosen't. New England is not that good.

AFC EAST
NE 12-4 (Being a little generous, they'll have 10-12 wins)
Miami 10-6 (Wildcard, will win 8-12 games)
Bills 8-8 (Suprise team, could be better or they could be worse)
Jets 7-9 (Rookie HC, Rookie QB, ? at WR's; they'll be good next year)

They won 11 games last year with a QB who hadn't started a game since HS. Now they have there HOF QB back and upgraded at RB, WR, and OLB. They were 16-0 the year before when they had that HOF QB.

Please tell us why they aren't "that good". I hope you're right.
