I don't like the fact that the 72 Fins, the greatest Dolphins team ever, is portrayed in todays media as grumpy,bitter old men.

I don't like that the accomplishments of that team are diminished, minimized and belittled by what seems like everyone but Dolphins fans.

I don't like that the 72 team gets no respect.

I don't like that the Patriots are considered the greatest team ever and people gush over how great Bill Belechek is.

I don't like the fact that the Fins Haven't won a Superbowl since 1973.

I don't like the fact that the Fins haven't played in a Superbowl since 1984.

I don't like the fact that Dan Marino dosen't have a Superbowl ring.


I don't like that if the Patriots win the Superbowl, they will be forever known as the Greatest team ever.


I don't like it that the Dolphins have lots of work to do before they are Superbowl contenders.

I don't like it that my Fins have missed the playoffs 7 years in a row

I live in Miami, I've been a Dolphan since I was a kid.

I used to go to the Orange Bowl and see Danny playing in person when I was in elementary school growing up.

I never thought that record was such a big deal to begin with, that happened so long ago, the league and rules have changed so much, I just don't think it's a big deal anymore.

Some of those former players ARE grumpy old men. Mercury Morris needs to learn to tone down his schtick. His family should have a sit down with him.

Most of those former players are cool about it, but one or two are just detached from reality. Some of those analogies that were made were in incredibly bad taste. :err:
