I dont think people realize how hard it will be to get Luck

There are teams in the league that are worse than us. Imagine we go 3-13 but its one too many wins and we end up losing out on Luck,

we need to PURPOSELY tank this year, 1-15 nothing better than that

Imagine us having a horrid year and we end up getting the second pick...

Unless that 1 win is against KC. If we beat them and then have the same record we have the tie breaker over them. We need to lose to KC and Denver.

i think we will end up winning 5 or 6 games and end up with a top 10 pick but not high enough to draft luck. in this case i say we draft tryann mathieu out of lsu he is a playmaker and turnover machine exactly wat our deense needs

Well if we are planning on Luck, we shoul;d start doing things now if we can to build the team around him
Such as trades for players we would want or more draft picks by trading some players for picks now if that would benefit

After looking at the schedule of each team we can´t afford to win 2 games.Seattle probably won´t win 3 games,i don´t see the Rams or the Broncos win more than 2 games. It will be a close race 4 Luck.Even the no. 2 Pick won´t land him.We need to pick first!
Seattle will win 4-5 games, that division takes 7 games to win, so they will always look to win with Carroll, they almost came back and beat the Falcons
Do you think Denver gave up on both Orton and Tebow??? I dont think they are in the hunt
Rams arent giving up on Bradford yet
Minnesota will win at least 4 games on AP alone

KC is our biggest worry, we tank that one and we should make it ahead of them. Are they thinking Luck like we are right now?? That division is open for grabs!

I think people are underestimating our need to get the number 1 overall and nothing less. Carolina or St Louis get the number one they will trade Luck, but once that top spot is open for trading every team in the league with a need at QB will throw out crazy offers. Even if we had the 2nd pick we would have to compete with the other teams willing to trade aggressively. If we have to rely on aggression and guts from the gutless cowards who run our team than we are screwed.
