10:57 PT: The New York Post reports Richard Bloch, the arbitrator in the Chad Morton hearing, apparently owns Washington Redskins season tickets. "By awarding the player to the Redskins, Bloch clearly exceeded his authority under the CBA," Dennis Curran, the NFL Management Council senior vice president, said. However, the Jets cannot appeal the case.

Just reported by High Times Magazine: Jets FO offers five year deal to Deiago Maradona. When told that he was a star in the other type of football in the world (soccer), Jets management shrugged, grabbed the crack pipe and continued pissing the team away. :monkey:

Wait until you see the Redskins in salary cap hell. That will be cool. If the Jets lose Pennington the same way, the Jets should really rethink how they handle their own players contracts.
