I forget what seeing my team play in the playoffs feels like..

This is sad.. They had a 5 year consecutive playoff run going, then after 2000, nothing. This sucks. Just one giant tease since the new millenium.

has it really been 6 years,geezz,and when we were in the playoffs back then it still sucked, i have'nt felt confident about a dolphin team in a long time,i hope we get young fast and hungry real soon.
 
yea i know its depressing, ive fogot what it feels....we need to get back into playoff contention real soon, we fans deserve it

I believe 2002 was their last showing in the playoffs... Could be wrong though...

Nope.. 2002 was the year where we lead the AFC East the entire year but dropped to third in the last game of the season losing to the Patriots.. The Jets won the division. :|

Lamar Smith was our running back the last time we were in the playoffs.

I stand corrected... 2001 was our last playoff appearance...

seems like the 64k dollar question, and we've been stuck on it for almost 7 years now....lifelines anyone :confused:
 
What sucks for me is I started rreally getting into football when i was 12 (19 now) and that was the year we got shut out by the Raiders. It sucks never being 100% confident that your team can win a game. At least we got the Heat.
 
Sadly ive never seen my phins in the playoffs, atleast we have the heat and U.M but da u hasnt been doin to great either lately.....:(
