I forgive Ginn for 2009 because

he destroyed the Jets with 2 kick returns for a TD that helped us win the game, and then caught a long bomb TD in the first Jets game when we needed it.

So, yes, Ginn sucks. He's not a real WR. He's a KR specialist, and a gimmick WR who you put in a few times a game to run long bombs. That's about it. but I forgive him.

Beating the Jets TWICE was wonderful. So, for 2009, I forgive Ted Ginn Jr for being the worst WR in the NFL.
