You're a kid, and you want the Fins to be able to get some value out of Ricky..

But in no way, under any circumstances, will you get a first round pick for Ricky Williams. ever.

Nobody could get a first for Edge, Alexander, Corey Dillon, TO, and all those players aren't in danger of being suspended with one more failed drug test.

and on top of all that he has zero trade value now, nothing. No team would trade for him at this point, if he plays it will be for the fins this season. even if he does good he will be around 30 when next season starts. no team is gonna trade a 1st for a RB with the history of a ricky williams who is 30.

while i agree with you that we won't get a first for ricky i think the main reason no team wants to give up a pick for the people you listed above is money, they are all so expensive and with ricky coming back i assume he'd have to take a pay cut for alot of reasons and this would up his trade value

Ricky has never been "greedy". He is underpaid right now if anything. Most HBS who put up 1853+ yards and 16 TDS in a season would hold out. when he did play he was a team player, no doubt about it.

i'm not even implying that ricky is "greedy" i'm stating the fact that he still owes the orginization 8 million dollars and if he expects to come back in the league after galavanting around the world for a year smoking pot to get paid in full he's out of his mind. He's going to have to take a pay cut in order to compensate the organization for what he did.

Agreed. That was one good quality of Ricky Williams, that had went unnoticed by most.
