Well, it seems to me that usually the safest place to be when a hurricane make landfall is the exact place that it is ORIGINALLY forecast to hit. Hurricanes almost NEVER hit where they were forecast to go.

Umm.. I saw the clip on the news and it was actually quite funny. It is about HOW he says it, his facial expression, and how the media guys reacted to it (laughing) that makes it funny. Dont judge a quote so quickly.
