Yes, I know he wasn't our first choice, but he doesn't seem all that bad to me.

To be honest, the Buccaneers have drafted well the last couple of years.

if Hickey was responsible for drafting Lavonte David and Doug Martin then he has already shown he drafts better than Jeff Ireland.

They also sign good free agents and make trades for good players like Vincent Jackson and Darrelle Revis.

Hickey had to have a say in acquiring any of these players, all of which I would pick to be on the Dolphins roster if I had the chance.
 
Hickey was apparently kicked out of the Bucs draft war room after 2009.

SO if you like the Bucs drafts the last couple of years...

I like Hickey, not as much as Licht, but I like him more than Caserio, Farmer, and Dawson.

Nah, people here dont want to have a conversation about the candidates credentials, and what would make/break their ability to be our GM. What people here want to talk about is process of hiring, and how it affects them, and I could give a rats ass about that. Maybe in a few days we can talk about Hickey the GM...
