#78 means Richmond Webb to me. That won't change.
 
Now that we know that he will be wearing #67 where can I buy a jersey? Do I have to have one custom made??????
 
I would wait till the start of the regular season. After final cuts some rookies change. I remember Vonte Davis and Sean Smith changed.
 
Yeah I'd wait til preseason at the earliest. They change numbers mid training camp sometimes
