It seems as though Myron Rolle has an opinon about what is going on with our team. Yes, this is the same Myron Rolle that was Rhodes Scholar and because of his being a Rhodes scholar, his draft staus was over-inflated. The same Myron Rolle that went to Titans, lasted two years before they found out that he sucked and was summarily cut. The same Myroin Rolle that tried out for the Steelers, the Steelers saw that he sucked and cut his ass. The same Myron Rolle that never even stepped into the Dolphins lockerroom.

Now this piece of human excrimnent comes out with an article entitled, " I never saw a bullying culture as bad as the Miami Dolphins". Really, I do not remember the team drafting you and you being able to witness anything that goes on in the lockerroom. Your title implies that you had witnessed the events you cited in the article with your own eyes. I thought rhodes scholars were supposed to be the more inteliigent people in our society. But I guess they give out those scholarships to any ignorant, arrogant as!@#le that has the right connections.

It is interesting that he uses the term insecure sociopath to describe Incognito. Despite the much love expressed by Dolphin players and fans, it may be appropriate.
 
Thanks for posting. And thank the front offices of the NFL for the gang bang. This is like an NHL player dying on the ice after being punched in a fist fight and the league coming down on the team for fighting on the ice. Hazing in the locker is and was a well worn path - part of the game - part of every locker room. This was inevitable. It was going to be a homicide/suicide if it wasn't blown up by this virtual homicide/suicide initiated by Martin's crumbling into a victim's posture.

Thanks NFL front offices for taking so much accountability in the exact conditions that your offices created and condoned..(Sarcasm)

Are you for real? The more you guys talk defending the sociopath as did the team, the more you guys will be the focus. Don't you guys realizes that still today in a much liberal world than years past, what the psychopath of Incognito did is considered horrendous to the majority of people? If this guy was on my team; I will be the first one to expose him for what he is, a psychopath. I understand that fans will always be fans and will bend what normal people will consider decency but to blame the one that was bullied by a dude that even tried to rape a woman in public is just disgusting. I hope in short time the majority of the Dolphins fans see the light, for their own psyche.
 
Ben Rothlisberger is playing.....anyone got an opinion on that? Thats even worse. She was under age!!!

Just heard on ESPN that a teammate of Incognito a center from Nebraska, left the team because Incognito was bully him. Not because he was afraid of him but didn't want any confrontation just as Martin. To the majority of you (Ireland crowd) that want to resort everything with violence. I have more respects for people that walk away from a confrontation than an aggressor that is looking for a fight.

And I've had employees who quit because they didn't want to do the work and knew they were going to see me for a reprimand ..... written reprimands with absolutely no hint of any violence. See how that works? Cowards are cowards no matter what. You may have respect for that kind of wuss, but I have disdain.

Oh, so now he tried to rape her? Why stretch, exaggerate, and dramatize a story to make a point? Do you plan on writing an article too?

It's a god damn joke, and that's why it's getting national news coverage. NO ONE is defending Incognito's character, or moral stature. We are simply calling out Jonathon Martin for what he is, TOO SOFT to play in the NFL, SCHEMATIC with his attack on the organization and Incognito, and DISLOYAL to an organization full of team mates, fans, and friends. Richie Incognito is a bully, I'll be the first to say it, SO WHAT? I WANT a bully on my offensive line. I don't mind a little rough talk, riled up behavior, and brotherhood-like comfort level in my locker room. As a JETS fan I'm surprised you can't appreciate that. The problem is that now the story is focused on making Incognito look awful, as opposed to the situation in a vacuum. I'm fine with both being done as Dolphins, but I sure as hell would take back Incogntio over Martin.

This is obviously a well researched claim. Since this is the internet I'd normally accept that if it's posted it must be true, but I'm intrigued by your intellect and hope to glean valuable insight from your methods. Could you please present the data you used and your peer reviewed research that shows that the majority of Dolphins fans think like that, and just not a small sample size on a message board. I expect that you'll be presenting us with both the total number of Dolphin fans, and the percentage that feel that way among other things.

Your head coach is as much a sick bully as Incog. Where is your self righteousness against him?

No one is saying Incog isn't a piece of crap human being. Everybody knows this. What people are saying is that there are locker rooms full of these guys throughout the NFL, and yes the jets have had their fair share of them. So quit trying to stir up trouble with your I'm better than you attitude and go post on a jets board.
