This dude calling little sideline pass plays behind the line of scrimmage when it's 2nd and 30
 
He needs to cut the horizontal plays out of the playbook and see how it works for a week. It drives me nuts every single week.

Like, yeah, our offense, from the QB on down, is executing poorly for the most part today. But that's when Bill Lazor needs to help these guys out by calling plays that are moving forward instead of sideways.

I agree. Too many throughout the game that kill our momentum or lead to holding calls because guys cant maintain their block without holding. Team needs to throw downfield more. Teams lock in on Landry screen plays and shut it down.

The #1 criteria for the next OC. Sideways is only good prior to the snap.
 
On our two scoring drives today, we threw the ball downfield and ran the football.
