I hate to say you told me so, BUT, you told me so.

I don't mind Nolan running things in the interim basis. He'll be gone at seasons end anyway. It's not like we're going to "bring in" someone mid-season. Would you rather Daboll?[/QUOTE]

Honestly...why not? Would he be in over his head? Yes, but Sparano needs to go and Nolan can't even get his D to play worth a crap. You know what you have with those two, and it's not good. Go with the young, unproven commodity and let him have at it. It's not like it going to matter anyhow...it really can't get much worse.

Sparano is sucking the life out of me as a fan. I haven't cheered out loud for Miami once this season, I cheer way more for whoever the Jets are playing than the Phins. I hate what these guys are doing to me as a fan but I'm sure the wife and my 2 year old don't mind the new subdued me. Man I hope the passion isn't gone forever and comes back with a new regime/QB.

If the masses feel like I do, expect some blackouts the next time we have a home game.

Although inefficient in the end zone and a lack of good offensive line, I would rather reward Daboll than Nolan. His offense has looked "good" from time to time, but Nolan's defense has looked "horrible" all year. I would also like to know of Sparano has over ridden any of Daboll's or Nolan's game plans this year.

The defense hasn't regressed they just were never that good! To many fans bought the number 6 overall in yards hype. They failed to realize that Henning and his long ball control boring offense protected this defense from its own self! For 3 years the middle has been open, can't cover a te, and can't create a turnover! The only difference is on the rare occasion our offense drives the football it isn't for 7+ mins at a time. So you are seeing a lot more of our limp D getting exposed!

^This to infiniti...

Exactly!!! Our defense was helped by our time of possesion, they were well rested and not too exposed on air because teams found room to run on us.

I think us ignoring the TE position and how to cover TE's will be our headache again this season. Langford, Starks, McDaniel, Dansby and Wake are all he have on defense. Misi is a complete miss, Burnett I don´t know if he is even playing. every cornerback is getting abused, Smith, Davis, Carroll and Allen. Our safeties are either slow or out of position and we can't cover a hail mary even if the ball floats for 1 minute. And yes I was against Soliali because he played so bad his first three years. He is NOT a NT, he could be a 3-4 DE but he is so weak on his legs.

I stand humbly corrected. I was wrong.

Since being bad coach doesn't make you a bad person, I will not be casting personal aspersions toward Sparano, nor result to childish fist-pump references. He's not a jerk, idiot, or *******, but he is certainly (as we can all see) not getting the job done. Not at all. If anything, the team is regressing.

Therefore, I would like to see Sparano removed NOW. Since new coaches are never hired mid-season (are they?), Ross should put Nolan in charge and see how he handles a second go-around as HC until the end of the season.

To all of those who told me so, your were right and I was completely and unequivocally wrong.

(This crow tastes like ****!)

Big props to realizing you were wrong about Sparano and speaking up about it.

The only one on the defense that plays and give his all is Wake! Yesterday should be a mute point if we had a real offense and a real QB we win 34-17 and no one worries about the defense. Well until a good team guts them.

Ok First, it's "moot". Mute is the Antonym to what you have been on this thread.

Second, you were only drawing out my concern to your emotional state after multiple posts that seemed like you might be on a ledge somewhere holding your laptop....until you said that about Wake. I love the guy and believe he is legit, but seriously? One of the most noneffective players on the field so far.

Now, realize this is just a game, have a drink and chill just a bit.
