I have new Respsect for CW.

Well to start things off. NEW ENGLAND SUX!!! THEY WILL DIE TOMOROW!!!! :D

But i feel new respect for a former Patriot, Charlie Wies. Time and time he has shown class wheather its a win/loss or on/off the field.

He without hesiattion called a play for a dieng boy's last wish on the goal line to get a first down.

He went into teh USC lockerroom (After being robbed :D) and applauded their proformance and congratgulated them. He said that he was hoping taht would be a leason for his son, as he brought him in the lockerroom.

And today after the ND/Navy game, he and teh rest of the team joined with Navy to sing the Alma Matre (sp.?) It made me all soft inside lol.

He has just been probabaly teh classiest coach.
 
I have to agree with you, he has shown himself to be a class act. I can't stand the Hiding Irish but I find myself rooting for Charlie and now his squad is becoming like him and that is a respectable thing too.

As you should :D And I agree w/ the rest of you Ive been extremely impressed w/ Weis. Willingham impressed me in the same way, he just isnt as good of a coach on the field. I'm glad Meyer turned us down, I think everything has worked out for both teams

Weis is going to do special things with ND for a long time to come...Willingham just wasn't getting it done. Wait until he gets his recruits in there...watch out everyone!
 
I wonder if OU and Notre Dame might have some games in the next seasons, mayb add some fire to that old rivalry. :evil:

I start on the JV team as a freshman. but i live in idaho, so yea. but im movin to norman next year so ill get looked at mayb by Stoops and Co.

Weis will be gone in 2 years. An NFL team will offer him over $5 mill a year and total control and........SEE YA!

That contract extension he just signed was just to help him recruit the next couple years so other coaches can't be using it against him that...."he's gonna jump" telling recruits, when in reality....HE IS!

Well we will just see I will say this though. He WON'T leave until he wins a NC..take that for what it's worth.
