The issue is... its also his fault how we had gaping holes that we had no choice to fill with premier draft picks. We were not in position to wait, to get BPA or to see how the board falls. We had to get players in those positions.

Nice post brother. I saw runs of good players going on early tonight and I was like there are going to be a lot of players we need and want to better our team gone by 48.

We all know that Grier sucks. But he’s done well so far. I question the first rounder, because I would have taken the pass rusher. The move tonight was the right one.

Now if some crazy **** happens and they start Eich over Jonah, I’m back to complaining. That isn’t going to happen.

It's only lack of play. McDaniel again refused to use him and when he actually did it was predominately incorrectly on the outside. It's terrifying how coddling McDaniel is with new players, especially since we are viewing live the new players than will be sat for whatever reason he comes up with. Dude needs to go, now.
 
This was a great draft.

Grier implied, the other day, he defers too much on his picks. What's interesting, is this draft so far feels so different from the rest.

If this was legit Grier, not being influenced, would have interesting to truly know how the last 4 years would have gone if the same.

Meh not so sure he isnt taking both coach and Weavers input into it.

But I do recall not so long ago when coach and Grier held their press briefing about focusing on getting much more physical.

We got a top 3 interior offensive8 & defensive linemen in the draft. Bro, you can't ask for a better start.

Be careful man you will get destroyed praising our draft picks if they don't run a 3.9 forty!

It is okay to both dislike the body of Chris Grier’s work and recognize this is a pretty good draft thus far.
 
On paper..many drafts looked OK. Some looked like crap. But I've gotta come to Griers defense only a little bit and say, I've like what he's done. Correcting his own mistakes is...interesting but I'm not hating on THIS draft.
