All the young fans know is a losing team. It's cool to know about your history. But we haven't been relevant in 15 ****ing years. We have not come close in 20 years. We have not won a title in over 40 years
Why should anyone care?

Haven't made the AFC Championship in 23 years
Haven't won 12 games in a season in 25 years
Haven't made a SB in 31 years.

This team has no appeal to the younger generation. There is no allure to this franchise any more. We've been stuck in mediocrity for so long there are no reasons for people just being introduced to the nfl to care about us

I'm 52....so have seen the good, bad and ugly. I think you are exactly right and we have a whole generation of fans who have never tasted success.

Frankly, this team hasn't given anyone reason to give a @#@# in a long time.

For what it's worth I'm 23 and a die hard dolphin fan

To not win a playoff game in 15 years is awful. To not get to the AFCCG in 23 is awful. To not have been in the SB since 1984 is awful. To not have won the SB in 42 years is the biggest dick in our faces of them all.

Under 25, Dolphin's high point for me was going to the playoffs after the 1-15 year and getting ****-stomped by the Ravens. '70s dynasty was way before my time and I was too young to watch and appreciate vintage Marino. Future doesn't look very bright either.

It's the curse of the Czonk!
Like the Red Sox with curse of the Bambino and the Cubs with the curse of the Goat.
Ever since Joe Robbie let Czonka , Kiick, and Warfield leave for the WFL, no more Super Bowl wins.
At least Shula could take them there.
Now since Shula left we are a lower tier team in the NFL

Can I ask why? What on Earth could have possibly caught your eye since 1993 about this team?

Can't speak for BMarsh!, but I'm about the same age. I was born into it and my guess would be that most fans in their 20's were as well, because you're right, there's not any logical reason to choose to be a Dolphin fan within the last 15+ years.

My son is 21 and he is Dolphins fan... Of course, he got it from me with absolutely no help from the team.
