A month ago everyone was crazy about how the Dolphins had a different "feel" this year. Nearly everyone had faith in our QB, HC, and OC. Now three games into the season people are calling for Philbin to be fired or Tannehill to be benched?

Yeah we lost two games in a row; I understand people aren't going to be as optimistic now. But are we really giving up so soon? Even after seeing what our team was capable in week 1?

Honestly if you look at the games then I don't think there's many plays that would make me want to call for Tannehill's head. Our problem is the same thing that it always has been - our O-line. A lot of people had doubts about it before the season, but after playing well in week 1 then apparently forgot they were ever a concern.

We've seen what Tannehill looks like with a poor OL the past two seasons - is it really a surprise that he looks the same now? All I'm saying is that when Pouncey comes back, and our offense starts clicking like it did against the Patriots, there's going to be a lot of people on this board eating crow.

Another thread about the forum. Bud, it's what have you done lately type of league.
We're fans and we can think and feel how we want. This team is never consistent for over a decade. Fans just want some constancy of wins and were sick of mediocrity

I'll be honest, I had my doubts about this team from the get go. Knowshon Moreno showed that he was the heart of this offense and team, without ever having played for us before. When someone who has never played for your team before, plays for your team, and shows a level of enthusiasm the likes no one in that stadium had seen before from the Dolphins, that says something. It says a lot about Moreno, but it says even more about the Miami Dolphins. We have no heart, and I think that starts at the top. WE haven't had a proven winner in a long time, only guys who are new to being head coaches.

I think if we could hire guys like Brian Billick or John Gruden this team might trust it's leadership more and make it easier to buy into the system and play as a team.

Cam Wake might disagree with you on that, but Moreno is clearly the heart and soul of the offense......that we can agree on

I just take everything here with a grain of salt. People set the bar at unrealistic levels and don't understand when their expectations are meet.

You must be young... If you've been watching this snake-bitten team since 2000 you would know how this story ends...

Like all dolphins fans I love Wake but until his defense becomes consistent he is just a good player and not a good leader. I mean I can forgive the offense for being inconsistent given the age of it's primary members, but this defense should come to the stadium every day with all the wrinkles ironed out given the expierance it has.

Maybe if Joe showed some leadership things would be better.
