I hope the Dolphins are watching this "Jet Sweep" play for Mike Wallace

This play alone is working wonders and would help get Mike Wallace more involved. With his speed, this could be something that could work for us. I am skeptical about his toughness though.

That play opens up so much space if the defense bites like GB did tonight. Seattle is so physical all over the field. Dolphins are the exact opposite kind of team. They play more of a finesse game. If Moreno can provide that physicality then the whole offense will be opened up. It also doesn't hurt that Seattle's O-line is probably the best in the league.

yeah that's something we should employ but it helps to have a running back like built for contact wr option like harvin to run it with...all i know is if our front especially the dts are as soft as the packers one was last night we got issues...they were just blown off the ball all over the place...guys untouched into the 2nd level everywhere

i think you are probably more likely to see this with landry than wallace...despite the fact that you won't gain as many chunk yards out of it with him

Wallace doesn't run anything like Harvin. Harvin has a running back mentality when he gets the ball. He can actually break tackles. Wallace needs to be running away from potential tacklers not toward them.

that's really the bottom line on it...landry is our best fit but he doesnt have the explosive speed so i'm not even sure he will gain the corner especially after a teams seen it a time or two...but you could run it out of a lot of different motion looks

that oc finds and exploits mismatches all over the place...

i told my packers buddy i was watching the game with last night when sherrod came in at right tackle that the game was a wrap the right tackle will get rodgers killed...i don't know how sherrod is still in the league...he's horrid

reminded me of our right tackle play last year

anyways i had nightmares last night thinking about how our lb core would show against that seattle offense...

You typically have a WR run the Sweep (with the Jet motion) and then follow with a fake to the RB....this allows multiple plays to be built off it (Fake Jet/inside zone, Fake Jet/PA pass...) I think you could use a combo of Landy and Wallace in this role if needed, but you need a guy who (as Hoops said) who runs more like a RB.
