With Lamar Miller having the worst drop rate(13.5%) with running backs
with 25 or more receptions our new running back is the exact opposite

Jay Ajayi had 50 receptions for 535 yards, 488 of those yards came after catch.
All three marks led the RB class. I think Ajayi will be the pick people will say
WOW...JUST WOW

Jay Ajayi will be our starting runningback by week 4 or 5 i would bet maybe sooner

Imagine when we line both up in the back field...Ajayi can split onto the flat and Miller can ever Pass Pro or take the ball on a delay. Options are endless.

The last couple of years he has carried a big workload. Maybe in his and our best interests to split time with Lamar so they both stay fresh.

A RB with over 10 yards per reception is impressive as heck. That's not a common stat.

They're going to take it very slowly with him, he has a chance to be a vey talented and compete RB, and they will not load him up in the 1st year, unless he proves to be 100% healthy and far more spectacular then Miller.

I expect him to be more of a 3rd down back, and used more in short yardage situations.

We now have a nice little 1/2/3 punch at RB with Miller, Ajayi and Williams in that order.

Big things coming from him.

Miller is good, Jay is good. Could really have a damn good offense this season.

would you bring Moreno in to be the 3rd rb or just keep the young guys we have now?

He's bound to have knee problems, you don't get the most bang out of your buck by running him into the ground.

We need to split carries in order to have this 5th round pick pay dividends, it helps both him and us by keeping Miller and Ajayi fresh.

Miller is no slouch, he's a 1K rusher, there is no reason to toss him to the curb. A Miller/Ajayi combo is exactly what this team needs, 15 carries a game for them sounds good to me.

I'm very excited for him and Miller together. Could be a great combo. If can solidify our O-line with La'El Collins or Mathis or something, I think this is the most solid offense we've had in years.
