I just noticed something...we have the worst QB in the league.

Yeah.

Jay Fiedler.

The Dolphins have taken a step up.

I agree that Jay in this scheme would be bad (probably worse than Feeley), but he has found a scheme that should work for him in New York. I have to disagree that Jay as a starter for the Jets would be worse than what Miami has.

I would have to guess we're in better shape than the Niners and Giants, though.

Oh Geez, Let one of them play a whole game with out 1st stringers in the whole game and have the game count and then see what happens.

BTW...I think feeley is just as bad.

By saying he is worst in the league are you talking about the worst starting quarterback or the worst out of everyone.

The following teams all have QB issues..

Buffalo
Denver
Oakland
Houston (Carr is not looking very good)
Jacksonville
Cleveland
Baltimore
Detroit
Chicago
Tampa
New Orleans
Dallas (remember Bledsoe in Buffalo)
Washington
San Francisco
Arizona

My point is that it may look bad but other teams fans are saying the same stuff. The bottom line is that our next QB that will take us to the next level likely is not on our roster right now. Nick couldn't solve every problem in year one. It certainly would have helped him to have that 2nd round pick. Eventually, we will get our guy. Until then, let's just enjoy watching Nick build this team into what we hope will be a top tier team year after year.

I assume your not taking potential into consideration?

SF and Chicago is worse.

Buffalo MIGHT be worse but its too early to tell.

Well I really dont see Trent Dilfer, Kurt Warner, or Patrick Ramsey as being any better. But yeah our Qb situation blows hard

In no way are we in better shape then Eli and the NYG or Rattay/Smith led 49ers. Those guys actually have talent. Eli was really strong the last 2 games of the season after he had a few starts under his belt. Rattay was solid when he was able to stay on the field.

cowboys have the worst QB right now, only problem is they arent ripped as much as we are about it. That and parcels made it clear he was QB and that was that.

Bills this year I think will have a worse QB situation but will be better by year 2. But loserman will still make bills fans wish they had bledsoe back.

Call me an optimist but I feel Gus can play pretty good. The first drive vs Tampa was the only time this preseason he has been prepared for what the defense is gonna show on game day.

As for other teams I wouldnt trade with?? I would rather have Gus than Dilfer in Cleveland, Bledsoe, Griese, Chicago (whoever wins it there), or Jacksonville (Leftwich is a statue that wouldn't make it behind our line, probably won't make it behind theirs). I'm also not sold on Denver's situ, and Harrington has to put up or shut up this year. With Garcia going down they could be up a creek as well.
Also Buffalo is also in a bad spot. This rook maybe awesome or then again he may fall on his face when the real bullets start flying. Bottom line is we may have a horrible season we look back on and can blame all on the QB, then again Gus may turn out to have a season much like the first drive vs the Bucs. However we are not the only team in the league without a Manning on our team.

There's the Browns and the Bears that you could make an arguement for being worse.
