Where is the reset button?
That it is painfully obvious that the refs were against us today, as the ravens held all day and narry a call. Us not winning today has everything to do with the decisions, or lack there of , of the front office.
I mean chad pennington has to go. The guy got lucky all those weeks leading a 1-15 team that he had pretty much no time except for one presason to try to mesh with. Our best (most consistent) wideout went down with an injury but it was chads fault that he got hurt. Had we had (enter whatever quarterback you want here) we would have demolished the ravens today. Maybe perennial pro-bowler Brett Favre could show Chad how it is done.
We also have to get rid of jake long. I have NO clue why we even drafted the guy. He couldn't even single handedly block the entire defensive line by himself. He plain sucks. I think we should contact the bills and trade him for jason peters. At least HE went to the pro-bowl.
I am not even going to talk about ted ginn. The guy just flat out sucks. Forget about the fact that he had a new quarterback (see what I think about him above) as well as a new offensive scheme and coaching staff. I think ginn definitely is responsible for Ed Reed getting that pick and running it back for a td. That is 100% ginn. He shouldn't have tripped over his own feet and gotten back up and ran 50 yards up the field and got the ball back.
Jeeze what else? Oh yeah. Coach sparano. This guy has to be the luckiest person in the nfl. Coach of the year? That was all parcells. Sparano was just the front for bill's magic once again. That being said, maybe we should sign cowher. He would take us to 17-0...that is if we get rid of ginn, long and pennington first.
This team makes me seriously ill. I mean AFC East champs and their first playoff game in YEARS. That is obsurd! Shmucks should have gone to the superbowl easily this year and won. Stupid ginn, long and pennington. Get rid of them all...
