I kinda feel bad for Matt Moore

correct...in the 2nd half of the pats game moore killed us holding onto the ball too long and taking bad sacks etc...giving the pats o short fields

Does any Dolphins fan really see Matt Moore leading us to the Super Bowl? Keep looking then.

Nobody knows if Bradford will lead them to it, but it's more possible right now.

What is Matt Moore feeling know after his best receiver basically said he sucked during the Pro Bowl and after Marshall was given the MVP trophy?

Matt Moore should be motivated like Rocky for training camp at this point.

As an aside, I ultimately like Marshall, but could he not throw Moore under the bus in his interviews? Not his job as a teammate. I wonder if Moore should go to the press and say he would be Hawaii if Marshall held on to the ball more.

Every talking head that goes on TV says the big difference between the Fins and Rams is the quarterback. They say that Bradford is a "franchise guy" and Dolphins "don't have a qb". I do not want to debate the merits of Matt Moore. However, the guy must be pissed every time he hears that ****.

Matt Moore DID lead his team to 6-3 finish.
He was in the top 12 in QB rating.
The Fins were 2nd in the league of 25-plus yard pass plays

He has nice touch
Spreads the ball around
Has command of the offense
What a thing of beauty was his long drive vs. the Jets in the last game of the year

Yes, he does suck in the 4th and I am not confusing him with Drew Brees. However, I think he is a starter in the league and when he is protected, he is pretty good.

Anyways, I feel bad for him when the Clayton's, La Confora's and King's of the world say the Fins "do not have a quarterback.

Why does everyone keep saying he led us to a 6-3 finish? While technically true, he actually led us to a 6-6 finish. I admit, he did exceed my expectations, but the Fins need a QB that will lead us to more than a .500 record as Moore did this season.

Marshall did say he likes Moore and that he helped him get to the Pro Bowl but he wants an elite QB throwing to him.

I thought Moore did a very good job considering the lockout and poor O-line play. A couple things to consider is that he didn't beat a good Nfl team in those 6 wins. He wasn't very good late in games. Not very good in the Redzone. I think his deep ball was amazing at times but he didn't take care of the ball!!!! His Interceptions and Fumbles killed us in a few games and Franchise QBs don't make that many mistakes that cost games. We need to bring in Flynn to see if he has what it takes!!! If Moore can beat him out, which I doubt, then he will earn all of our respect.

This debate doesn't surprise me in the least. Last year before the season, you had those clamoring for nOrton. Who came out and picked up where he left off...losing, folding in the red zone, etc.

Moore does somethings good. But he doesn't do them well enough to warrant the keys to the car. People here are so eager to grab on to fool's gold. Moore is a career backup. Its something he has 'earned' while being in the league.

Matt Moore is a cheaper Kyle Orton. Both do things well. Both are losers and can't beat good teams.

Oh and I don't feel sorry for PROFESSIONAL athletes when considering starting jobs. They get paid ALOT of money to be scrutinized for their play. If a Owner, GM and a MVP PB WR all see what I see. Then I'm not the one holding out that Matt Moore will all of a sudden grow into something he isn't. A FRANCHISE QB. A WINNER.

Matt Moore's whole life reminds me of the cliche "cant win for losing"......even when he wins,he loses lol

Part, well MOST, of the reason our QBS suck in the fourth was the coaching staff. The one thing that amazed me about Tony and the team under him was the utter lack of a 2 or 4 minute offense. It was embarrasing. That is one thing that needs to be coached, schemed, focused on, ect. and we were completely lost in that aspect. It cost us games. Evertime we came out and ran a hurry up I said thats something we really need to work on, but nobody on the staff seemed to have that thought.

Sad to say, that finding someone better could prove not only difficult, but, costly as well ... lets hope for the best, looks like Moore is going to be the guy Miami lives or dies with in 2012 ... Most tend to think Flynn might be the answer, I'm not so sure he won't need a learning curve if he signs with another team ...
as for the talking heads in the media, well they just talk ... Bradford might still have upside, but he sure needs alot more help than Moore does in Miami ...
No he doesn't. st. Louis is horrible.

I will go back to my post back in January. I can dig going for Manning...probably Moore could too. I supported the idea that Philbin could bring his QB from GB with him. However, now the Alex Smith flirtation is beyond me...esp. for the dollars being rumored. I do have to give Smith his due in that his numbers last year were excellent. However, he is a product of great running game, a great D and a **** sked.

At this point, they should have kept Bowles and Daboll and at least worked to continue last year's success.

Seriously, Matt Moore did nice work last year and has totally been discounted. I hope he is motivated and tears **** up in training camp.

Between the FO saying we needed an upgrade at QB, B-Marshall trashing him Hawaii and now the flirting with every FA QB, I feel for Matt Moore.

At this point, keep Matt Moore and draft Tannehill or I cannot believe I am saying this...Weeden.

BTW, the Fins were second in the league behind the Packers in pass plays of 25 yards or more.
