That's the joke.

Steve Harvey announced the wrong winner of Miss Universe a few days ago. Two minutes later he comes back out on stage and said "I've made a terrible mistake..."
 
And the winner of the 2016 Miami Dolphins Head Coach is Eric Mangini..I'm sorry YOU'VE made a terrible mistake..
