...,with the idiots we have in the FO, but I want this team blown up. Cutler, Pouncey, James, Parker and anyone who is on offense that has been playing for 5+ yrs with an inflated salary needs to be gone. Kiko, Timmons, and I hate to say it Wake and Suh need to be let go. Wake, as much as I love what he bought to the team, has lost a step and Suh is a good player, but not at that salary. But the No.1 thing that has to happen on defense is Burke has got shown the door. For the love of God, why did you hire a guy that runs the same scheme as the previous failed coordinator. This team needs a total rebuild. Gase is not getting it done. This team has no discipline and can not do the fundamental things you need to do to win games.- in particular tackle! Every game we repeat the same mistakes. Sure every once in a while we have a freak performance where everything goes right, but those are few and far between. I hate to say it but we are in free fall to the same depths of the Browns.

Pathetic

Honestly that's the loser pathetic mentality that's plagued this team, coach's, and front office. Instead of shooting for greatness we aim for mediocracy and achieve it.
 
why is it so hard for some fans to realize you can not have any kind of long term success if you keep changing coaches ever 2-3 years give the guy a chance to over haul the entire roster which takes more then 2 offseason, after all this is real football not madden, you can not replace everyone in 2 seasons, and for that reason he has to play some people he may want to get rid of but cant at this time, but I can promise you if we do keep changing the coach every 2 years we will always be losing,, if you hate the coach that is fine, your are entitled to your opinion, but neither you or I knows what goes on inside just 3rd hand reports we get
 
Sometimes, a quick firing is the best possible thing that management can do. If you bring in a new guy, and the fit is awful, and you can see right away that the fit is awful, you just sack him and bring in someone else.

I really don't think that's the case with Gase, though.

Gase has done more winning in his two years than anybody we have had in awhile! He isn't going anywhere

Because they play a lot of Madden.
 
I would like to see the team let Pouncey, James and Thomas go. That would probably save close to $27 million and allow Miami to secure a legitimate starting guard prior to the draft and maybe upgrade at tight end as well. I don't think Cutler will be back and, honestly, I think Tannehill is probably worth about two extra wins.

I have called for Burke's head in the past, but his game plan against New England was so good that I'm on the fence. Maybe if he can get some better linebackers and is smart enough to make some changes he could grow into a good DC????
