"It's my job to make this personnel work and find a way to score," Cameron said.

That right there tells me that he gets it. He understands he needs to use his players strenghts to get the job done. To many coaches put players out of position and try and get them to run offenses and defenses that aren't cut out to play. it's sounds to me that cameron isn't going to do that. it sounds like he will adapt his philosophy to his players, not his players to his philosophy.

i also like that he said that he was a big time dolphins fan growing up in his interview on miamidolphins.com

...and also that the first person he called was P Rivers after signing. That's very classy. I believe N Satan called his bank.

I liked what he said about being able to run the ball.. Something like making sure you can run during critical downs, in the red zone and closing a game out..

granted he had LT, gates, and a great o-line in SD. we have more weapons potentially than he had last year. our wr's are better, ronnie is solid, and if mcmike can get with dan the man and join the nutrisystem nation, he can become a good tight end again..

now about that line......

It is hard not to get excited, but actions will speak louder than words. He can talk the talk, but can he walk the walk. Im confident we can be a playoff team this coming season. But the true question will be if he can push us over the hump and get us into the later rounds.

My favorite sentence was "Mularkey wont be calling the plays, I will" I'm paraphrasing because I started screaming in joy when it was said

did he say he was going to be calling his own plays?god i hope so!

...and also that the first person he called was P Rivers after signing. That's very classy. I believe N Satan called his bank.

He called Ricky second and offered him a job at Alabama as the head grass keeper.
