I am so happy that McMike ( talent but seems lazy all the time), Welker (face it he wasnt that good at anything. Not a good returner and a mediocre WR.), and the Joey Harrington.

I like this new attitude of the team so far. We have a talented guy i nJoey Porter who plays all out, reminds you of other guys on our defense.

Now all we need is a guy on Offense to step up and want to take the reins. Maybe Chambers and CPep can do something together. Is it Marty Booker?? or maybe Ronnie Brown will continue to develop as a RB, and not be as raw.

You wont think McMike is mediocre when you see him in a Pro Bowl jersey. :rolleyes2

I totally disagree! He had the best hands of any WR we had, if Tom Brady is throwing him the ball and BB is coming up with the gameplans Wes will be a much better WR in NE then he would have ever been in Miami.

y asame here. that losing attitude is hopefully leaving slowly with the release of the ones that carry that aura

McMichaels biggest problem was he wasnt a strong blocker and he dropped passes when we needed him the most. Hes got talent but for whatever reason his concentration has been lacking the past 2 seasons.

I disagree with the Welker statement. Obviously NE saw his worth. That guy had more heart and spitfire than most of the team... OK, not going to talk about him anymore, he's the enemy now :boohoo:

yea i like it too...wes welker was a good return man, and had the best hands of all our receivers...but nonetheless, we needed to clean the house. Now watch Welker, McMichael, Morris, Harrington all turn into pro bowlers...

on the other side tho...Joey Porter is amazing...but hes a 9th year player...meaning he only has 4, MAYBE 5 good years left...do u think he'll last that long??? good thing is tho...we dont need to worry about OLB in the draft anymore.

And this analysis is why New England is considering hiring you and firing Pioli ... right?

If anyone is going to share the poster of mediocrity with McMike - it's Chambers. No break away speed left in him. Unable to get separation from DB's b/c of a lack of quickness out of cuts. Inconsistent catching the ball. No strong TD production or big plays in the red zone.

If we were really getting rid of mediocrity, you would have to change your name !!!!!!!!!!!!

The Welker trade was a good trade IMO, we need draft picks and get younger.
