are doing so far, finally some changes will be made. Don Capers staying to run our D. Wayne not giving full power to the coach and hopefully a offensive minded coach. At last we are doing what the organization needed to do 7 years ago too bad it took this long. It looks like we will have a coach soon since all the candidates are available for picking. They can now get together and start to put together a plan for the draft and free agency. Im excited to see the outcome of our off season.
 
It's crazy isn't it? Both disappointing- another offseason circus, but exciting at the same time- who knows what these changes might bring. It sounds selfish but at the very least we Dolfans will have just as busy as offseason keeping tabs on the new regime.
 
I'm also glad about Garrett turning down Osaban Bin Lying. Could this be that he might get a shot with us and Mularkey hitting the door? I don't know, but I'm glad he din't take the offer in spite of Nick Satan.
 
I am really glad we signed Dom Capers to an extension. All I wish for now is Brian Schottenheimer as our head coach and possibly Calvin Johnson to drop to us at draft...
 
Come on... we all said the same thing after the Saban hire.

"Now we're making the right moves! The franchise is FINALLY heading in the right direction!"

Let's not write off the Nick hiring like we weren't psyched about it. 90% of the people here thought it was an exciting, positive hire.
 
Cam Cameron to be announced Head Coach of Miami 1/19.

Sorry I was daydreaming. Hopefully it is true though. :dolphins:
