It seems Saban, and the Dolphins are using this as tackling fuel. I'm not ready to put us in the playoffs, but you gotta love smacking a team around that gives us no chance. Do you guys think this is a major motivator?

It works for other teams.
Being the under-dog can only help. Because if you lose, well you we're supposed to. (which I know Saban won't accept) And if you win then you have a upset that is a motivator.

I love flying under the Radar, kind of like the Rams did in their Super Bowl winning season or the Patriots the year they won their first... Now, I have no illusions that we'll make the playoff's this year, much less the super bowl, however, both those seasons, people kept waiting and waiting and waiting for those teams to lose. No one took them serious, even when they had winning records and were piling up the win's and yards and such.. "They're not really THAT Good".. they'll hit a wall and reality will set in soon enough everyone thought.. next thing you know, they're winning in the playoffs.. I hope that's what teams do with us.. just like the fans.. I hope they say, hey, this is a 4-12 team we're playing.. no problem here.. keep thinking we're a 4-12 team experts and teams.. please keep thinking that.. if they think it, they'll prepare that way..

Yup, see where it got the Broncos. They thought this was their easiest step on the way to the Super Bowl.

I think being the underdog the only intangible going our way in this game. If we were favored I'd bet the house against us actually.

"I love being the underdog " except when media starts writing negative articles?

I could care less what the media writes

someday you will realize that there are many people on this board with many different opinions.

I was surprised to see the Jets as 6 1/2 point favorites...not sure what the line is now but I think they based this on last year and not on how both teams look right now....we are probably not as good as we showed in Game 1 but the Jets are probably not as bad as they showed in Game 1 either....I look for a pretty close game with us winning by 7-10 points.....24-14 or so?? :)
