David Carr has been sacked 44 times already this season, and Drew Bledsoe has been sacked 30 times. I would think that both would be on pace to break the record for most sacks in a season would I be correct? If you are really good can you tell me what is the record for a non expansion team? Carr is a young guy so you can see how he is making it thru the games, but how much longer can Drew take this beeting?

Randall Cunningham has the record with 72 in 1986. Note: Eagle QBs were sacked a total of 104 times in 1986.

So yes, Carr is on pace to set the record. But Bledsoe is not.
