I Need Some Floridians' Help ASAP!

I am departing for Miami tonight for the game..

(Wooooot!! I know)

Anyway... I was banking on purchasing a Ronnie Brown Authentic jersey in the Aventura area (hell, that mall is enormous, so I figured that if the jerseys existed there would be a store that carried it..) I have just called BC Sports Collectibles to confirm.. and they do not carry authentics. I then called Champs.. no authentics. I am freaking out!!!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you know somewhere in the Aventura/North Miami Beach area where I could find one.. let me know! I am going to the game on Sunday, and would prefer having the jersey before I get there.. and for some reason, I dont recall the pro shop there even carrying authentic jerseys to begin with. Do they? Can anyone confirm this?

Please any help would be appreciated!!

at the stadium there's booths set up right outside the gates before you get in.... they'll have it....but if not....i've seen them in stores in aventura mall... they're there...i know they are....as for the pro shop i don't think so....

Have you tried Sports Authority???...They may have them.

If not, the Phinz Pro Shop carries them. At least they did the last time I was there...

It's located in Davie, at the Phinz training facility. I'm not sure what the hours are, but that's the best palce to get authentic gear....

Yes, Davie pro shop is my last resort. Although I am hesitant because a few days ago, I posted a thread about the training facility and people basically told me there was nothing to see- just locked gates this time of year. So that got me disappointed... I was actually planning on heading there just to get a glimpse of where the action is, but now Im not so sure...

I wouldn't trust the booth....They may only have the cheap jerseys.

I would go to the Phinz Pro Shop if I were you. That's the safest bet if you want the real thing. If you're not aware of where it is, it's in Davie off of University Dr. Take I-95 North to 595, go 595 West to University Dr{about 5-6 miles tops}, make a left on University{heading south}. About 1 mile down University {approx 3-4 traffic lights} you'll want to look for Nova University on your left. The Phinz training facility is located there. It looks like a school, but you'll find it. It's at the entrance....

I don't know if they close it this time of year. Yoiu may want to make sure before driving up there.....

If it's closed, the booth outside of Gate G may be your best bet. I seriously doubt they sell the authetic jersey's though. There is a Phinz Pro Shop inside the stadium, and it will be open, that I know...

Well, its been a year since I went by there as during my last visit I went by Sawgrass Mills mall.

BUT, I know that there's a sports store in Aventura mall that carries a ton of jerseys. Although I cannot confirm if they are exactly what your looking for since I havent been by there sicne I moved from Miami.

However, Aventura Mall is your best bet IMO. Next, I would try Sawgrass Mills mall (in Ft. Lauderdale) as there's another sports store that carries jerseys. If all else fails, I am pretty sure that you can get one at the stadium if your quick.

Since your arriving early, most hotels (that I know of) have free local calling so you may want to grab the phone book and call any and all places in the local area. Confirm though with the hotel that the calls are free and not like 10 cent a call or something so you dont get charged.

Searching ebay... you find good priced authentics here and there. I personally would wait until I could get a jersey with the 40th anniversary patch... if they ever come out with it????

I remember going to the Pro Shop at the Stadium in December (at the Pats Miracle Game :)) and I saw a lot of replicas, but dont recall seeing Authentics.. I tried to to find a contact number so I could call them directly and ask, but they are not listed.
