Emerge as a top candidate for the Dolphins HC job if Philbin gets axed like I believe he will. He has a Miami history and has done a fantastic job with the Cards D and would be able to take Miami's D to another level. I also think the org will def want to keep Lazor to continue RT's development and these two would be a great young dynamic duo. Just wanted to go on the record!

Hard to imagine Bowles agreeing to interview after he was our interim coach and then we rejected him for the permanent job in favor of Philbin. He'll have plenty of offers. Also he'll be wary of being a token Rooney Rule interview.

I think he'll end up in Atlanta. Has ties there (Mike Nolan, etc).

I'd be good with that

id be real good with that, we played hard for him and if I'm not mistaken we beat the Patriots, correct me if Im wrong. I really like him

He'd be on the first plane to Miami.

Bowles is going to be the hottest name on the market.
Atlanta makes a lot of sense actually.

No thanks. I want an experienced head coach. A retread even.

Well technically, Bowles was a head coach for us in 2011. We actually played hard and well under him those 3 final games, finishing 2-1 with the one loss being by 3 points @ New England. More consideration should of been given towards him remaining the head coach.

Most of the real good head coaches in the league right now were coordinators before they started their current head coaching gig. Not many retreads having success out there i.e. Lovie Smith and the gang. Guys like Bruce Arians are what we need to find.

Bowles is an outstanding candidate.

He will definitely get an interview--I'd bet a paycheck on that. He might actually be the best candidate out there anyways. Time will tell but I'd be very happy if he was the choice, especially if we can keep Lazor. RT doesn't need to learn another system next year.

Ehhh, I am not sure he would turn down the interview.

I could see it, but I don't think you can be sure that's the case.
