Im just hoping increased pressure on the QB will lead to more turnovers. Id love to see Zach and Madison in the end zone a couple times this year
 
Wow Thats quite the prediction. I dont think we have the lbs for it either.
 
I know it would be a HUGE step up but I really do see us in the top 5 run defense this season.
 
I think a lot of the sacks will depend on the health and play of our DT's. If they allow the huge running attacks they did last year, why would a team bother to go back and throw on us.

How can we have such a dominating run defense if our DT situation is so tenuous? Chester is a question mark. Bowens suffered an injury that he likely won't be able to come back from. He may try, but the constant contact his positon requires makes his return highly unlikely.

We'll be a better team than last year, for sure, but we still have much to do before we improve from worst against the run to the top of that category.

The DT problem will be solved, This isn't WANNY coaching anymore. The DEFENSE will be fine if not spectacular, The problem the last 5 years or so has been consistant balanced offense..Lets all hope for the best....
 
big daddy keith traylor will fix our DT problems.
 
Seau is a great blitzing LB and Saban will take turns blitzing everybody even the DBs

This is what absolutely killed our defensive producction last year. Let's hope you're right.

I can see that happening, IF we get production out of DT equal to the Bowen/Chester tandem of two years ago.
