But who among you have watched other teams closely and identified players that might be available to Miami (players in crowded situations around the league)? I have seen some guys I would hope might be available in some manner (pick-ups or trade).

Examples: Hankster wr at Jacksonville; any cb or qb around the league.

Any of you have a list of names already?

Rohan Davey has been mentioned as possible if he is cut. Watching the Raiders and they have a pretty good punt returner/receiver in Chris Carr. However, I think he may make the team.

The Niners pretty much have scrubs past their starters and I haven't seen enough of anyone else to make a solid assesment.
 
I know its probably obvious, but I was definetly impressed with Phillip Rivers. I'm salivating just thinking of him in a fins uniform. Too bad his cap situation would probably prevent it.
 
Our current QBs are doing so well I wonder if we'd make a move for Rohan Davey. Our current WRs are doing so well I wonder if Josh Reed would even be able to beat Josh Davis.

No sarcasm here. Brock Berlin and Sage Rosenfels are doing extremely well. Perhaps I should have qualified with "our third and fourth string QBs" are doing so well...
