Just so these Jet fans can eat a massive heap of crow..

This one guy is saying the Jets are primed for a rout of the Dolphins because the Phins are complacent after a big win, and the Jets are fired up after a big loss.. Saban and Complacency should not be uttered in the same sentence.

Bottom line is their fans and others think that teams will be able to run on us based on last year...

They will be on for a rude awakening... as Rod Smith (Denver WR), I think, stated after last Sunday's game, "this is the best Defense we will face this year."

The difference beteen MIA and the Jets is No Where Close...We scored 20 more points on O, and they allowed 17 more than us on Defense...

I know that one of their WR dropped some sure TD passes, but our CC also dropped one and step Out-of-Bounce on another, so we would have had easily over 45 points...

and the reality is that Denver is really a good team, we will notice that this Sunday...

right now this Fins team has shown the propencity to make big plays and bad plays, and the outcome was still one for opponents to fear...

best part of this post was your comment about Denver, they ARE a good team, and everybody is blowing them waaaaay out of the water just because they lost to us and we were supposed to suck this year. Well guess what..........The Miami Dolphins are Good, and it wasn't a disgrace for Denver to lose to us, they're still very good, and will make a playoff run. They just lost to another team that will also make a playoff run!!!

and a few more points, that Jet fans probably don't realize or don't want to be realistic...

Denver's Offense was in the TOP 10 in the following in 2004:
  1. Ranked 4 in Rushing...
  2. Ranked 5th in Total O...
  3. Ranked 6th in Passing...
  4. Ranked 9th in Scoring...
The Jets were only in the TOP 10 only in one category:
  1. Ranked 3rd in Rushing...
  2. Ranked 12 in Total O...
  3. Ranked 17th in Scoring...
  4. Ranked 22nd in Passing...
Our Defense played against a TOP 10 Offense last Sunday, with great gameplanning and execution...

What makes the Jets think that they are better on O than Denver, specially when their stats don't reflect it from last year?

If anything their O was playing inpar with last year's ranking, albeit KC's Defense has improved...

I say to the Jets, you have to go to Denver this Season and play at Mile High, don't store your O2 bottles for that game, you will need them this Sunday...

didn't the phins only wind up scoring big once the broncos were down to all their 2nd stribgers in the secondary? i'mnot trying to take anything away from your team, but i'd wait a few weeks before i started making hotel reservations in detroit.
