Before: Having someone pour hot sauce into your catheter

After: Not having someone pour hot sauce into your catheter.

Just my opinion, like, I could be wrong.

This team is already better without Ireland and Sharmin.

Well considering Ireland was about as average as they come....We will have to find someone above average.....Easier said than done though

Well if the next gm builds a team that makes it to playoffs 20 percent of the time he will have Ireland beat

If the new GM has 1 winning season he will be better than Ireland.

Let an apologist claim 2008 as Ireland's.

Ill just be laughing my ass off if Jordan becomes all world and Taylor actually shines along with Davis.

Just be like wow!

Dion Sims becomes a force....

Any guy we end up with, they better be good about finding OL.

All the new GM has to do is get Jimmy Graham here and build an OL.

We're not talking Sriracha here right? I would take that awesome sauce in my catheter all day long.

All I ask is that everyone expects the same out of the next GM as they have past ones.

He gets the benefit of the doubt with me until he proves he's a dumbass on more than one occasion. I already trust the coach. Tannehill will be better. And I now trust the GM. Now I get to sit back and be an unadulterated fan for the first time since about 2009 and it feels good.

It's quite possible the next GM could be a straight up disaster. The things he has to do to at least get support from the fans.

1.Don't be a jackass with no people skills

2.If you like somebody take risks I've heard too many stories about us liking a player but waiting too long and missing out on them (Alshon Jeffery, Jimmy Graham, TY Hilton)

3.Actually draft a contributor in the first 3 rounds.
