Okay guys, Jordan Gross is out with a broken foot (likely for the season) as I;m sure you all know, so the Panthers are going to turn to Garry Williams (Rookie - UNDRAFTED) as thier starting LT. The Panthers were not counting on thier star o-linemen to get injured and it will hurt them especailly this week with a short week and considering this guy has not played a single game this season. Now I am not genius, but an UNDRAFTED & UNEXPERIENCED LT vs PRO BOWL OLB is not a good combination for them. This is Joey Porter's best chance to prove his worth to the team, especailly since he will be fuming coming off the benching he got last week (which I do feel was well deserved). Porter seems too be poised to have a huge game tonite against the rookie and I'm betting on the guy. It time for him to show up and I say he does. WHOS WITH ME?!?!?!?!? :hi5:

On a side note: This will be Sean Smith's chance to show up. He will be going up against THE Steve Smith - not that idiot in NY - who 90% of the time lines up on his side. They will test him quite a bit I;m sure. I wish we would put Vonte on him since he has more speed, but this will be Smith chance to show what hes got.

I could definitely see peezy goin off tonight

i hope so i was just reading some news paper article on the guy whos playing for the panthers tonight he said hes ready and has been ther for a year and half just hasnt played a game yet i hope its a weakness we can exploit

that information is incorrect.

Wharton is playing LT now. He was previously the LT before Gross and is moving back from LG. Wharton has 33 starts at LT for Carolina. Wharton is solid.

Now the new LG is a noob.

Porter is due for a big game.

I think that benching him against Tampa may have lit a fire under his ***.

If not Porter I can see Wake getting some pressure on.
I thought Smith did a good job proving himself against Wayne a few weeks back, he held him to 3 catches for like 35yds and no score. I think if he can hang with him he can hang with Smith.

Ya but he had safety help the WHOLE game, which left Dallas Clark 1 on 1 the whole game...and we all know what happened there.

The same Dallas Clark that has more yards and YPC than wes welker? The TE that has better stats than most of the recievers in the league? That Dallas Clark?

the star of tonights game will be (MULTIPLE CHOICE)

will be . (A) the officals

(B) the Comentators

(C) Brett Farve ( he is not playing but he will be talked about)
