My jinx of the Fins started many years ago when Miami was set to play the Texans for the first time.

100% of the other Fin Fan board crowed that Miami would blow them out. I, alone, said that they would not.

For that...I was banned.

So I signed in under a new handle and created a thread that put a curse on the Finz. The curse was that they would always have problems with the Texans.

And my Jinx worked.

The Dolphins lost that 2003 game with the Texans...and kept losing to them up until 10/25/2015...when Miami finally beat them. It only took 12 years.

So now that my curse between Miami and the Texans has expired...I want to be sure that I am no longer a Jinx for the Finz.

To that end...I have decided not to watch the Finz play on TV...even if they get to the Super Bowl. Instead...I have chosen to listen to their games on Sirius XM...and only from the point of view of the other team's broadcast.

Simply stated: I want to hear the other team lose.

I apologize to all the Miami fans out there who suffered because of my revenged-based curse.

Now...onto VICTORY!

PS: We play the Texans again this year....ironically...on 10/25 again.
 
Excellent. We've been looking for a candidate to sacrifice to the football gods to keep the Phins injury-free...

I was almost banned several times, including once regarding my objections to the Pat White selection.

We will not have to burn your tribute bike as pennance. Your admission and apology is enough for me.
 
Dude, you are crazy and absolutely wrong, get a grip man.

It's my dolphins socks that I wore week 1 that's responsible for the 2-0 start.
