One thing Ginn has is speed. Yeah I know he's not built like a running back but in sweeps and end arounds he would be scary. Provided that is, he runs up field and not for the sidelines.

Um, no Ginn would be a disaster in the Wildcat. Unless you like seeing 180 pound weaklings tossed like ragdolls.

that is if he can catch the ball from the center

I'd rather see Kory Sheets who has game breaking speed and is actually a running back.

Oh I didnt say I liked the idea. I'm just trying to think like the coach. It's almost like Sparano has bought into the whole, "Ted Ginn and his Family are miami dolphins!"

Sparano hasn't bought into Jack Squat on Ted Ginn. Ginn is not even close to a Parcells/Sparano type of player. But they inherited him and his fat contract. Ginn hasn't sniffed a reception in the past 3 games.

Mark my words: Ted Ginn may as well change his name to Ted Gone because he will not be in Miami next season.

You got that right. Let's get Sheets some touches Thursday night and hopefully get him in space.

Man that kid has speed and can make you look stupid when you miss him!

I too am anxious to see Sheets the rest of the way, and what he brings to the table. It is kind of ironic that you show a video of him while at Purdue, running away from defenses in the Big Ten, and we are at the same time debating Ted Ginn, who was a beast, running away from defenses in the Big Ten. Now, I know Sheets is much more adept at taking contact, just thought it was a funny thing.

I think we see that speed of Sheets come into play on the sweeps out of the wildcat. And don't be surprised after the first time we run him on that and get the edge, that they have Pat White in at QB and he fakes the sweep and either takes off the other way or throw a pass. Or a double reverse, a la the Saints game, with Ginn and Sheets. We will only get more creative in my mind to take pressure off Henne, and I can't wait to see what that means.

Ted ginn jr has done nuttin to deserve playin time on our offense, kory sheets it is, says ronnie the truck the expert!

I woulndt mind seeing Ginn given a shot a running a WC play or 2. That said Kory Sheets looks great on video.......but there was a reason he went undrafted. Wonder why
