that Philbin is coaching for his job next week...if he makes it that long.

No he should have lost it by that point 1 game doesn't offset the trend of last 3 years

I doubt it. Ross will ride with this guy for the rest of the season no matter the out come.

The Dolphins had their backs against the wall today, in the home opener against a hated rival and they don't even show up. I think we have seen enough of what Philbin can do. His career as an NFL Head Coach should already be over. No need to wait another week.

It should be but it won't be.

The fact that we went into the season with this set off offensive lineman and thought it could work was a joke

Heads should roll after today. If Ross hasn't seen enough he's dumber and more clueless than we thought.

I don't think he's getting canned, but i have feeling he's going to have to offer Coyle's head to Ross either this week or during the bye.

I think enough people aren't understanding how it works when you're a lame duck HC. While Ross gave Philbin another year, Tannenbaum was never sold on him and wants his own HC. He ensured Philbin's failure in some ways.

Philbin is finished. The players clearly do not play for him. He is unprepared and uninspired on a weekly basis.

This team will finish in last place in the East. The season is a wash.

Ross will let Philbin play out the season and then have no choice to fire him once the season is over.

Ross has been and overall is a bad owner where it counts. He continually keeps coaches and gm;s even when its obvious to make a change
