I fully expect Ross to disappoint us (again). That includes keeping Ireland among other things.
I think people underestmate the possibility of Ross screwing the fans again this year

Sick of the game manager crap at QB. We need a franchise QB not a caretaker. We have had too many fricken "caretakers" who got us nowhere. Draft a damn QB in the 1st round in 2012 and if it doesn't work out then keep drafting a QB in Round 1 until we find our franchise guy!!!!

I was asking a question, not stating that manning was only servicable. Manning is an all time great and Ryan is a good young qb that many see as a franchise qb.

Chances are Ross is gonna hire some big name coach...that big name coach is gonna bring in his own GM,and the rest will follow.I don't think Ross would feel comfortable making football decisions.He'll get someone well known to make those decisions for him.

Wayne sucked but... I really think he cared for the team just was never right with any decision he made. He always opened his wallet to attempt to get the best staff and etc.. he doesn't have a clue about football and would just follow the advice to experts.. but u would never hear about Wayne cheaping out on us. we never had to worry about the Dolphins spending.

I have little faith in Ross. He's created a circus atmosphere at Sun Life Stadium with his has-been celebrities and a Dolphins team that plays like a bunch of clowns. They should just put a large tent over the whole Stadium and name it Barnum and Bailey Big Top.
