They were really pis$ed at us for delaying the announcement regarding Drew Brees failing our physical. I think they are just trying to squeeze a pick from us. Is it likely a team would do that? Has it happened before?

Naaah..why go to the trouble for no gain and they would have had to know in advance of the trade that they could fail him.

Now maybe someone woke up from a 3 day bender and said "We traded FOR Moore?"

As soon as you explain just what the Saints would accomplish by doing this. Before the trade, Miami had Moore and NO had Watson, after the failed physical, Miami once again had Moore and NO once again had Watson. If that's supposed to be some kind of revenge, then I'm failing to see it.

The only 2 ways I can think of

1- The league somehow fines us for trying to trade a knowingly injured player *unlikely*

2- The Saints try and trade Watson to us for a pick instead *still unlikely*

The Saints are trying to still take Eddie Moore for Watson if the Phins throw in an additional draft pick.
