We can clearly save a ton by switching to no Quinn, no Parker, no Amendola, no Branch.....and we should. But other guys who might walk if we don't pay up? Let them go.

The only positives I saw are that Swanson looks like an upgrade over Kilgore, and our young RB unit looks good.

I think X gets $. He deserves it.
If Quinn goes, you have ZERO pass rush (not that we have much anyway).

I don't have a problem letting James go in theory, but it will cost the same to replace him with a free agent. We can draft one, but unless it's a top pick, it's two years before you have consultancy.
