I truly believe we intend to sign matt flynn !!!

Knee Jerk Reactionist and Dolphin Fan are two labels that have too much in common these days. I know patience in thin after Wanny, Saban, Cameron, and the Bill Show. And I know the fan base is speaking volumes to Ross through empty seat therapy. But these negative vibes aren't going to get this team where they need to be. I have been a long suffering fan for over 40 years. The good and bad have been there, but this stretch has been particularily difficult, and for the franchise to get the stiff upper lip from folks like Fisher and Manning is hard to digest. But optimism has to win out here with just a smidge of patience.

I feel sorry for Flynn. He'll have a good portion of the fan base hating him for the mere fact that he wasn't a 1st round draft pick.

exactly. If Flynn was drafted in the 1st round, the comments on this board would be... "We have to go out and get this guy!" "He's been learning behind Aaron Rodgers, so you know he can play." "Did you see that game? He threw SIX touchdowns!! SIX!!! Let's see Matt Moore do that."

you do realize that even the greatest qbs of all time dont ever throw for 6 tds, right?

and no im not saying moore is close to that, but if peoples reasoning for wanting flynn is because he had a 6 td game vs a horrible secondary, and if thats their only reason, thats a little ridiculous, because again, the barometer for judging a qb shouldn't be based on that 1 game, because he will most likely, as with many qbs, come close to having a game like that again.

Ok, well the point of that post, as I clearly stated, was that's what the comments on this board would be. Because, well, that's just how this board is. I know that one game doesn't make a player, but his games haven't hurt his stock either
