I want Rob Ryan.....

I had an excellent idea that went off in my head
Rob Ryan HC
Mike Leach OC
That would be the most intense sideline ever!

I'm in a 100% with that!!!! Its time for drastic moves, but hopefully without dismantling our player personel.. I like our players, but our coaches have got to go, from the O line coach, strength and conditioning coach all the way up...

I dont think you can handle Rob Ryan, rumor has it hes huge. Hes like the Ron Jeremy of NFL coaches.

I like Rob Ryan and the intensity he brings. There is a big difference between fist pumping for field goals and getting players to perform at their max ability.

Only thing that makes me say NO to Rob Ryan is the fact that we'd be bringing ANOTHER Cowboy over here lol. But I love what that guy does with his team....especially the defensive ends. I think he could turn Wake and whoever else into the same type of terror.

And for God's sake man...dude needs a ****ing haircut.

Dude looks like a neanderthal.

I can give you a good reason why I would be opposed to Rob.

Are we looking for an overhaul or minor tweaks.
Just a coaching change or cleaning house.
How much of an upgrade is Rob Ryan to Nolan? Both are aggressive 3-4 guys. I know Nolan's d has started slow, but a year ago he was a defensive guru. Lets not forget :Rex earned his nfl coaching stripes in Nolan's Ravens D.

Do you keep Ireland and Daboll as GM and OC switching out HC.
Rob and Daboll were together in Cleveland.

Can Rob assemble a staff? Who will his GM be? The guy has never been HC anywhere.
Rooki coaches work when the regime is strong and there is lots of support i.e. Pittsburg, Baltimore, Green Bay.

If Tony's going to be run out of here at the end of the season, unless a miracle happens, which would be his own fault.....how do you go into a must win game against the Browns get in the red zone 6 times and come away with only 16 points, have the lead with 3 minutes left and let Clevelands horse**** offense march down the feild on your rested Defense and score the TD they need to win the game......... If I am losing confidence that he can do the job imagine what the players are thinking.......

I am looking more and more at Rob Ryan and the job he is doing in Dallas, he uses his personal well, he is an x o guy who puts his players in postion to make plays.....and his blood line screams Defense......

He has turned that D into a very good unit in 8 weeks of practice will limited talent in the secondary....when someone on this board mentioned him as a candidate I was thinking it was a bad move because we would be doing so based on his twins success......Now I see what he brings to the table.....

He is intense and his defense is prepared, there are still mistakes being made by his unit but they are unpredicable and know how to get off the field.......His Defense last yr gave Belicheat fits while he was in Cleveland and did a great job against the Jets, with very limited talent

I think we need to keep an eye on this guy, him getting the chance to HC in the division against his Bro would put us in the driver seat to hire him

I dont want the safe pick of Cowher or Gruden......very rarely does a coach have success after leaving one team to join another especially after leaving the league for 4-5 yrs......they cost to much, want to much power.....time to find the next super star in the coaching ranks.....

Right now I am liking what I see in Rob......

imo im glad your not running out team, another 10 years of hell

you want Rob ryan? GO ROOT FOR THE COWBOYS......

I think comparing Ryan and Sparano is being very kind to Sparano. That fist pumping buffon was only an Offensive line coach at Dallas before been given a job because of how much Parcells wanted one of his douchebags in that position.

Ryan at least has credentials as being a DC with Cleveland (granted he didn't do anything special there) and the Cowboys.

Rob Ryan has had 1 year where his defense ranked in the top 20 in his 7 years as a DC. He wouldnt have a DC job if it werent for Ryan family reputation.

Did you see Rob Ryan when the Cowboys lost after having a ten point lead? He almost flipped the **** out..

That's what Miami needs...A dude who is not afraid to flip the **** out on cats.

I want someone who will draft Luck no matter what it takes. If Luck turns out to be the second comings of Tom Brady and Peyton Manning, it wont matter who our HC is.

The more i think about it the more I think we should make a serious put at Brian Schottenheimer

Well thats not always true..A **** coach can ruin a good qb..Look at what our coaches did to Pat White....Not saying the kid was going to be a star in the NFL but he could do it all in college..The coaches ****ed with him so much that he could not even complete a pass?
