Stay hydrated. Part of dealing with high blood pressure is to ensure the heart doesn't have to work as hard to move the blood around. Hopefully it's just a superficial blood vessel in your nose like I have.

ha ha - i love you guys...
it was brutal in many aspects... J.Long looked good in pass pro though... his head was like on a swivel as he tried to disenage his own guy to chip block a blitzing player off the corner... I don't fault him on Berry's sack as Jake had Berry totally in front and Penny's footwork and fancy spin move landed Penny in Bertarnd's mitt... I like him a lot..., I like RB at RB Ricky spent himself in pres-season trying to get BP's attention ..., he missed gaping holes...
Ginn was on the field the first half but oddly in 3rd and long..., Ginn was off the field in the second half...
Bess looks comfortable in everything he does... that is good..., beating out Ginn for any playing time is bad... even returning kicks... and punts..., oh yeah the Cards didn't need a punter...
