I Was At Today's Practice....ricky Will Be "escorted"

to add to that - that Wanne-Spiel thought were better than Smith/Spriggs other than the guys that got franchised.

A couple of things for DCH here. First off great report, appreciate it lots. Good to hear from someone who went to the camp.

BUT, dude man I gotta say you're taking the Ricky Williams TRAFFIC TAG VIOLATION too seriously man. It means nothing, really. Its not like Ricky is over his head. Millions of people every year go with expired tags and stuff and some get caught some don't. Ricky got caught, probably cuz he's black. Its no big deal. I hate how normal traffic violations always gotta end up in the paper. Like when in my small little town of Port Charlotte, FL Edgerrin James got pulled over for speeding on the local bridge, it showed up on like Yahoo news and stuff. RIDICULOUS. I could understand it now when the Chicago kicker with the weird kicking style I forget his name got pulled over in my town for DUI cuz he was drunk as a skunk and bowling over mailboxes by the dozens (I've seen the boxes). But Ricky getting a violation for expired tags? Honestly if people care about this they need to get a life.

That said, I was wondering why you say that Mark Dixon is DEFINITELY not moving to LT? I mean with Brent Smith still strugglin you would think that if ever they were gonna think about moving Dixon, it would be now considering the newfound depth they have on the interior of the line.

He was definetly pulled over because of the assholes who use racial profiling as a way of pulling people over. They should be pulling people over if they are the fastest car on the highway, not if they are of a certain race. Then the cops come up with some excuse like: "they were going 5 mph over the speed limit" but the truth is that everyone goes over the speed limit. When I am in a car on the highway, the car is always going at least 10 MPH over the speed limit. I think a car should be pulled over if the driving is way to fast (like the Ricky case in Lousiana a few months ago)

Well yes racial profiling is extremely active but the cops also just pull over young people in general for no reason depending on the time. They even admit it here in Tampa. On this one road they just go up and down it looking for a young person, getting behind them, and waiting for them to do something even REMOTELY wrong. I got pulled over for pulling into a circular parking lot at USF so that I could pull towards the curb and see if someone was where I was supposed to meet them real quick. I drove around the parking lot, slowed down when I got at the right angle so that I could check to see if she was there, and she wasn't so I started driving away....but I didn't notice there was a cop following me ever since the main road. She finally flashed her lights, and used my slow-down as an excuse to test me for drunk driving and ended up giving me a warning for parking in a roadway! Roadway? It was a parking lot, made for parking! And parking? I only slowed down a little bit the car never stopped! Yet my warning goes on record...all because I was young and it was 3:30am and they wanted to see if I was drunk.

You guys have it easy compared to here. I live in Albuquerque NM, which has the most crime per capita in the U.S. Just an example, you get 2 tickets if they hear any music coming out of your car, one for disturbing the peace and one for polluting the air or something stupid like that. They have a fancy phrase for it, but thats what it comes down to, polluting with air with sound. Oh yea, cops have installled the buddy system here 2, if you see 1 cop car, you know there is a second one in the vicinity, its ridiculous. Oh yea, and racial profiling is in full swing here. I got pulled over cuz my friend had to take a piss, so I pulled over into a gas station, and the cop said I needed to take a sobreity test because I pulled into the gas station too quickly. Want to know what the sobriety test was? Sing the alphabet song. I'm just glad Ricky didn't get pulled over here, he would have definately got arrested and charged with something.

CK,He got pulled over right in front of the newspapers' office......I mean, if there was A CHANCE of this not getting reported(being kept in it's proper perspective)....that blew it.

The state right next to me (New Jersey) has tons of racial profiling. The cops pull people over all of the time because of their race, and a few months ago the state said the dumbest thing ever, which was : "Black people speed more then people of any other race." This outraged people of all races because they were using it as an excuse for using racial profiling and in New Jersey, everyone on the highway is driving at least 10 MPH over the speed limit. You can drive 75 MPH on a New Jersey highway, which is 20 MPH over their limit in most areas of Northern NJ where I go a lot, and I have never been pulled over because my mom was driving and we were both white, but they do pull over people going slower. They really need to raise their speed limit and end racial profiling.
