He said Saban is a Tyrant and completely controls his team...Which is not to say that it is a bad thing but you need very unselfish players on your team to be sucessful...We just have guys interested in making money...The Pats are the perect team..He also said it is all about the QB..which is the reason the Pats are very good...It is all about Tom Brady...He is all about winning not money or commercials or ESPN....:fire: ...Unless Saban gets "his" players in here and they buy into his very harsh demands we will not be sucessful...But he did tell me for the guys that say he cant coach ,they are wrong he is a very good coach, he likes it his way which is very demanding

1) Saban is a good coach
2) It's going to take a few years for him to bring his players in.
3) Look at the past drafts and just count the wasted picks
4) Cap hell, why do people think he signed all these FA's to a 1 or 2 year deals.
5) Patience my friends, it's going to take time.

well did anyone expect this to be cheryl crow's holiday country club? bob stoops is almost the same way. anywasy do any of you remember our former tight ends coach pat jones he is now on the wwls sports animal station and he said the vets on offense are too happy with king saban. if the players are not respecting saban then we are in trouble .

Don Shula was a tyrant too. Seemed to work for him.

It is funny you said that I mentioned that to him..But he said that was different times...I remember AJ DUHE's quote that he respects god, his dad ,and Don SHula and not necessarily in that order..

That about sums it up...we just have to be patient

Losing sucks, but I'll give the coach a few years to get thru this mess. He was handed a poor hand, and he's got his work cut out for him.
The only way to change the attitude of this team is to bring in fresh meat. With the salary cap hell the Dolphins are in, it's going to take time. You can't just cut all the dead meat at once.

The players were also different back then too. back then if a coach says do this or that, they did. The players of today ask why and how is this going to help? Not a bad thing, but the players were different.

Why does every thread with a slightly negative tone about the phins get one star rating almost immediately?
