Okay I know it's only preseason, but I watched Henne connect with Marshall and Bush and actually got excited about the season. Seeing Henne actually scramble and hit a receiver on the fly was impressive. God please let's get this team back on track!

These are things Henne should be doing, and hopefully continues doing going forward.

I think his performance on Friday shuts up some of the idiocracy that is "Henne is not even a good backup" or "Anybody is better than Henne" . . . the man is a NFL QB, no doubt about it . . . can he become a top 15 QB? top 10 QB? And most importantly can he make the plays and limit the mistakes to become a Super Bowl champion? Only time will tell. He was the best option this season considering anything that could possibly be considered an upgrade was costing 2nd/3rd round picks and those supposed "upgrade" aren't top 15 QB's.

If you are going to get draft picks involved, get a guy that you "know" is good enough . . . if not, go with the guy who is dying for a system change and improved skill positions to help him out. I think Miami did end up making the right decision in sticking with Chad, though I know many people don't agree.

i dont think people realize how no wildcat will help this team. let alone no henning. i mean, that guy just set this team back.

I think alot of intagibles are at play. reggie bush with desire to the playmaker. 4 capable WR's. new offense. new attitude where communication was big prob last year. big prob.
any fool should be able to see there is a difference.

btw, anyone see ryan malletts INT? that was a duck.

Let's try and keep the optimism up, I'm tired of looking at the site and hearing all negative opinions. Either be a real fan or move on!

Everyone has a right to their opinion, positive or not. But I agree, its a new season, new hopes and hopefully less letdowns. Go Fins.

I can't get excited about short pass, after short pass, after short pass. You just eliminated the best weapon on our offense- Brandon Marshall.

A step is open in the NFL. I don't see Henne attempting to thread mid-range needles, when he does it's an INT, and 9 out of 10 times he goes long he overthrows. What, oh, what is there to be excited about? Another game-manager?

It sucks. I was excited about Henne and I'll be excited about the next guy. Best excitement I can muster- hope upon best of hope he turns it around.
